Lady Lactation is a food supplement in capsules containing Galega, Nettle, Green Anise, Fennel and Fenugreek. Galega, known for its galactogogue functions, acts in synergy with Green Anise, Nettle, Fennel and Fenugreek to promote the physiological production of breast milk. The presence of Fenugreek also promotes the functionality of the digestive system.

ACTIVE COMPONENTS:
- Galega: galactogogue function, may therefore be useful to promote lactation.
- Green Anise: promotes the digestive function and elimination of gas thus contributing to the digestive well-being of mother and baby.
- Fennel: as well as promoting the secretion of breast milk, it stimulates gastric secretion relieving gaseous colic typical of the first months of life.
- Fenugreek: promotes the production of breast milk, well-being and functionality of the digestive system.
- Nettle: in addition to promoting the production of breast milk it has purifying, diuretic and emollient properties.

INGREDIENTS:
Galega (Galega officinalis L.) aerial parts E.S. D/E 4:1; outer coating: vegetable capsule in hydroxypropyl methylcellulose: Nettle (Urtica dioica L.) leaves E.S. D/E 4:1, Green Anise (Pimpinella anisum L.) fruits E.S. D/E 4:1, Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.) fruits E.S. titrated 1% in essential oil, Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum L.) seeds E.S. D/E 4:1; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide.

NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION (per daily dose 2 cps):
- Galega E.S. D/E 4:1: 300 mg;
- Nettle E.S. D/E 4:1: 100 mg;
- Green Anise E.S. D/E 4:1: 100 mg;
- Fennel E.S: tit. 1%: 100 mg (of which essential oil: 1 mg);
- Fenugreek E.S. D/E 4:1: 100 mg.

DIRECTIONS:
It is recommended to take 2 capsules a day, one in the morning and one in the evening. It can be taken from the time of birth onwards, and also throughout the breastfeeding period.

WARNINGS AND CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. In the case of diabetics, seek prior advice from your doctor. Do not take during pregnancy. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources.
