Algem Manuka Oral Complex Tablets is a dietary supplement containing Manuka Essential Oil, Lactoferrin and Magnolia, which supports the rebalancing of the oral bacterial flora. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for normal gum function.

ACTIVE COMPONENTS:
- Manuka Essential Oil: Manuka honey comes from the nectar of Manuka plants that grow wild in the pristine expanses of New Zealand, producing a honey with a strong taste, rich in texture. Manuka honey and its essential oil have been shown to have strong antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties. The high content of active ingredients, particularly linalool, makes manuka essential oil particularly effective in cases of infection.
- Magnolia: Magnolia bark contains two phenolic compounds: magnolol and onochiol, which boast anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial and antioxidant properties. In particular, the antimicrobial effect has been studied on Actinobacillus, Porphynomonas gingivalis, Prenotella intermedia and other peridental pathogens, suggesting that magnolol and onochiol are indicated as adjuvants in the treatment of periodontitis.
- Vitamin C: contributes to normal collagen formation for normal gum function.
- Lactoferrin: lactoferrin is a protein constitutively synthesised by exocrine glands including the salivary glands, capable of binding ferric ions to itself. In cases of gingivitis, periodontitis and inflammation of the oral cavity, lactoferrin is deficient, thus creating an overload of free iron that contributes to the increased susceptibility of the host to infection and the multiplication of bacteria responsible for gingivitis, periodontitis and halitosis.

Magnolia (Magnolia officinalis Rehder) bark E.S. tit. 2% onochiol; Loading agents: Isomalt, Maltodextrin, Microcrystalline cellulose; Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid); Anti-caking agent: Silicon dioxide; Lactoferrin (milk derivative); Flavour; Anti-caking agent: Magnesium salts of fatty acids; Manuka (Leptospermum scoparium J. R. Forst. & G. Forst.) essential oil; Sweeteners: Sucralose, Xylitol.

DIRECTIONS:
We recommend taking 1 or 2 tablets daily, dissolved in the mouth after main meals.
