Altea Composta Cough and Throatache Syrup 200 ml

Altea Composta Sciroppo is a food supplement useful to promote rapid relief of the throat and upper respiratory tract as a result of coughs, colds and seasonal ailments in general. It contains extracts of Drosera, Altea, Red Poppy and Grindelia, with Propolis and Honey, formulated without the use of preservatives.
Drosera has a positive emollient and soothing action on the oropharyngeal mucosa and on the tone of voice; Althea is useful for the functionality of the mucous membranes of the respiratory system and for the wellbeing of the throat; Red Poppy is useful for the fluidity of bronchial secretions; Grindelia has a Balsamic effect.
ALCOHOL-FREE. GLUTEN-FREE (gluten less than 20 ppm). NATURALLY LACTOSE-FREE.

Altea Composta consists of the soft extract of Drosera, a natural extract belonging to the S.E.L.® (Select Extract Liquid) line. The S.E.L.® brand identifies an exclusive line of natural extracts in liquid form with distinctive characteristics:
- Free of maltodextrins, GMO ingredients, colouring agents and alcohol.
- Produced in Italy, among the hills of the Florentine Chianti region in respect of nature.
- Production chain controlled from the seed of the plant, with the strictest analytical controls.
- Titrated and standardised.

INGREDIENTS:
Honey, Water, Fructose, Emulsifier: Polysorbate 80, Marshmallow (Althaea officinalis L.) root dry extract E/D 1:4 (marshmallow, maltodextrin), Sundew (Drosera ramentacea Burch) herb soft extract tit. min 0.1% total flavonoids as hyperoside, Red poppy (Papaver rhoeas L.) flower dry extract E/D 1:4 (red poppy, maltodextrin), Lemon (Citrus limon Burm.) juice concentrate, Grindelia (Grindelia robusta Nutt.) aerial parts dry extract E/D 1:4 (grindelia, maltodextrin), Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus Labill.) essential oil, PropolhON® solvent free tit. 12-15% total flavonoids as galangin (cryomacinated propolis tit. 15-18% total flavonoids as galangin, maltodextrin, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide), Thickener: xanthan gum.

NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION PER RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSE (40 ml):
- Drosera E.M. tit. min. 0.1% total flavonoids as hyperoside: 223.7 mg (equal to total flavonoids as hyperoside: 0.22 mg).
- Althea E.S. E/D 1:4 : 309 mg.
- Red Poppy E.S. E/D 1:4 : 210 mg.
- Grindelia E.S. E/D 1:4 : 151 mg.
- PropolON® solvent free tit 12-15% total flavonoids as galangin: 60.4 mg (equal to total flavonoids as galangin: 8.15 mg).
- Honey: 20680 mg.
- Eucalyptus O.E.: 120 mg.

DIRECTIONS:
- Adults: it is recommended to take 10 ml 2 to 4 times a day, taking the last dose before going to bed.
- Children over 3 years of age: one tablespoon (10 ml) once a day with the last dose taken before going to bed. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
