Algem Manuka Vire Lip Cream 15 ml

Algem Manuka Vire Lip Cream is based on Manuka Essential Oil, with vegetable ingredients adjuvant in the cosmetic treatment of imperfections of the perilabial areas. Manuka Essential Oil and other plant components with soothing action are useful in the treatment of discomfort caused by perilabial redness and irritation (e.g. herpes).
DERMATOLOGICALLY TESTED ON SENSITIVE SKIN. NICKEL TESTED (Nickel < 1 ppm). SUITABLE FOR VEGANS.

ACTIVE COMPONENTS:
- Manuka Essential Oil: Manuka honey comes from the nectar of Manuka plants that grow wild in the pristine expanses of New Zealand, thus producing a honey with a strong taste, rich in texture. Manuka honey and its essential oil have been shown to have strong antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory and healing properties. The high content of active ingredients, particularly linalool, makes manuka essential oil particularly effective in case of infections.
- Aloe: Thanks to its numerous active ingredients, Aloe Vera is a valuable aid in combating herpes and irritation. It has a soothing, healing action and helps to alleviate itching and inflammation.
- Bisabolol: main component of chamomile essential oil, has soothing properties for reddened, inflamed and dermatitis-affected skin.
- 18 B Glycyrrhetinic acid: organic triterpene acid extracted from liquorice root, with known soothing, emollient and cortisone-like anti-inflammatory properties, but without the typical side effects of cortisone.
- Jojoba oil: the high content of vitamin E, B vitamins and minerals such as silicon, copper, and zinc, makes jojoba oil a useful natural remedy to help solve problems such as cold sores, acne, warts or simply to moisturise the skin.
- Echinacea: indicated due to the presence of phenylpropanes that promote anti-infective, antiviral and immunostimulating action.
- Nori seaweed: seaweeds of the 'Porphira' genus are rich in proteins, vitamins (A,C and B), mineral salts, polyunsaturated fatty acids and amino acids, making them particularly indicated in cases of desquamation and irritated skin.
- Lemon balm: scientific studies have demonstrated the effectiveness of essential oil of lemon balm in cases of herpetic infections. Some researchers have in fact identified compounds such as citrate A, citrate B and citronellal as being responsible for antiviral activity against 2 strains of the virus (HSV-1 and HSV-2).
- Horsetail: the organic silica it contains is a substance capable of helping the body to restore the balance of damaged epithelial cells, restoring elasticity to the skin.

DIRECTIONS:
It is recommended to apply the right amount of product 2-3 times a day to the affected area. Avoid contact with the eyes and eye area.
