Regobasic is a dietary supplement containing minerals such as calcium, magnesium, potassium, manganese and zinc. Calcium, magnesium and potassium support muscle function; zinc maintains the body's basic acid balance.
RegoBasic is a powder food supplement of alkalising minerals that helps the body eliminate excess acidic waste produced by lifestyle and diet rich in acidic foods (meat, fish, cheese, alcohol, coffee...). RegoBasic regulates and maintains the body's pH balance through a neutralising effect on organic acidity. By restoring optimal pH values (towards neutrality), the well-being of the entire organism is promoted.
RegoBasic is useful in cases of:
- Waking up with a feeling of tiredness and fatigue, heavy head: the systems cannot efficiently eliminate the acid waste produced during the day during the night.

What is pH:
Among the body parameters that need to be monitored for the body to maintain a state of well-being, one of the least known is pH. Each individual system, apparatus or organic tissue functions optimally with specific pH values: the pH of gastric juices is quite different from that of urine, saliva, skin and blood. These pH differences are kept constant by the tissue pH.
The term pH refers to the unit of measurement that can assess the acidity or alkalinity of a substance. At pH 7.0, i.e. exactly in the middle of the measuring scale (0-14), is identified as neutral, towards values below 7.0 are acidic substances, towards values above 7.0 are basic or alkaline substances.

Tissue pH:
This very important parameter allows us to assess the health status of our body and is influenced by diet and lifestyle. When our daily diet is excessively rich in 'acidic' foods (meat, fish, cheese, alcohol, coffee....) and lacking in alkalising foods (fruit, vegetables, water), our organism tends to have an altered tissue pH due to the accumulation of acidic waste (metabolic waste) that our draining systems are unable to eliminate. A sedentary lifestyle, smoking and prolonged use of medication also contribute to altering this vital parameter.

How to use:
We recommend taking 3 tablets twice a day preferably on an empty stomach.
